Participation at Youth Impact in Egypt
We are pleased to announce that the head of strategic management, Ahmed Abdulghani , has won 1st place among more than 22 youths and institutions at the regional competition, whereas the competition was a platform for innovative solutions. This event was organized by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime UNODC in Cairo, Egypt.
Ahmed's project aimed at empowering the community to create a support group to fight the stigma surrounding drug-recovered individuals. It was an intensive process that required immense dedication and hard work. However, the learning experience and the personal growth that came along with it were truly invaluable.
Ahmed believes that we can create a supportive and inclusive society by breaking the stigma associated with drug recovery. Every person deserves an opportunity for a fresh start, and it is through collective efforts that we can truly make a difference in the lives of those affected by addiction.
